I've found great accuracy loads with 69's for target shooting and just as accurate w/55's for prairie dogs. Moving up to the 40-grain Ballistic Tip, 27.8 grains of IMR-8208 XBR reached over 3,800 fps and provided top accuracy. Now I'm running low. Without going to rod shape, slower the burn the more powder you use to achieve the same muzzle velocity than a faster powder assuming a lot of stuff like same brass, OAL bullet, primer, and neck tension.
